Please, please, PLEASE when you have progressed to the complete your order page please indicate in the Notes to Classic Team Lotus box what you have in mind regarding either bringing a Picnic or purchasing from Food Vendors. We will not hold you to it but it would be most helpful to get a feel for the ratio.
Ticket purchases will be processed within five working days (no processing between Xmas and New Year). Once processed then customers will receive a purchase confirmation email automatically. Physical tickets will not be issued for this event. Please be sure to bring with you your confirmation email. Event reception will have a list of tickets sold and will record arrivals and issue event medals to enable access to the event.
8 weeks before the event you will receive a final information email.

Children are welcome although as it is a limited capacity event discounts are not available
The event is wheelchair accessible although it is not practical to access all areas of the gardens
Those with picnics are encouraged to bring their own picnic rugs and chairs so they can make a little corner of the gardens their own
Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks as they may wish
Not suitable for pets
Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be fully refunded 8 weeks prior to the event. Within 4-8 weeks a 50% refund will be made. Less than 4 weeks all proceeds will go to the event charity.

A fantastic day and well worth the cost
I booked last minute not knowing if I would be able to attend due to other commitments and I’m so glad I did. For the Lotusphile it was an occasion not to be missed. There were attendees from around the world and many faces familiar to me not just personally but also from the TV screen and Lotus lore. It really felt like the Chapman family were inviting us into their home and sharing it with us with none of the aforementioned personalities showing even an air of aloofness. Everyone was there to share a common love of Lotus. The various displays, interviews and presentations spanning from the beginning of Lotus to the present day had something for everyone. I hope this event continues, retaining its informal atmosphere. For a Lotus fanatic or even general car enthusiast this should be a bucket list event alongside Goodwood and Pebble Beach.
