Thank you for choosing to visit Classic Team Lotus. We hope that you enjoy your visit. We have a responsibility to ensure, as far as is reasonably practical, your health and safety whilst visiting us, and you are also reminded that you have a responsibility to also look after your own health and safety whilst visiting us. Please see below:
- This is a no smoking facility, as such we ask you to refrain from smoking whilst on the Classic Team Lotus Ltd premises/site.
- All Fire exits are marked. The fire assembly point is located by the main entrance. In the unlikely event of a fire, follow the guidance of your host, who will direct you out of the building to the fire assembly point.
- Pedestrian Routes are not marked, however barriers will be in place to indicate areas which should not be accessed – please ensure that you do not enter these areas. Please use the handrail on stairs.
Note: The work areas have been used during the day and every effort has been made to ensure that spillages such as oil have been properly cleaned and airlines have been stored away. You are advised to take care as you walk around the work areas. Remember your footwear may not give you the same protection as work footwear.
- In the unlikely event of Classic Team Lotus vehicles moving within the tour area, do not walk behind any reversing vehicle. Ensure the vehicle operator has seen you. Remember to take care when leaving the premises
- Welfare facilities, are available on request. Please speak to your host.
- Young persons (under 16yrs of age) must be closely supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- If you are under or suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs (including prescribed) by your host, Classic Team Lotus Ltd reserves the right to deny you access to the building for the safety of yourself and others.
- Photography is allowed within most of the tour areas. Your host will indicate any areas where photography is not allowed.
- During the tour if you have any special requests in terms of accessibility, feel unwell or do have an accident, please inform your host so appropriate action can be taken.
- Your visit will take you through a working environment, which should not give rise to harm, if you follow the guidance given by Classic Team Lotus Ltd and your host.
Upon your arrival you will be required to sign a form to confirm your understanding and acceptance of the above.
